Bring wireless headphones:
Please wear only one. This is to help make sure you can hear communications through the Zello App and also hear guests.
Fully charge your phone:
Make sure your phone is charged so you can access apps, maps, task lists, photos, or emergencies.
Wear a simple and family-friendly costume but nametag is required
It helps guests easily identify you as a team member and strengthens the atmosphere.
Keep walkways clear & safe:
Monitor cords, decorations or obstacles in your area — safety first.
Use the “call security” button if needed:
If there’s a situation you can’t address on your own (lost child, hazard, etc.), use the security contact.
Clean-up phase reminder:
At event end, please help with straightening up the festival area, discarding trash, and prepping for vendor exit. Remember, this isn’t our parking lot. We’re guests of Topgolf. Please leave the area in better shape than when we arrived.
