Philadelphia’s Catholic Schools are on a mission to strengthen young men and women intellectually and spiritually to develop character, respect for community, and a love of Christ. Visit Chick-fil-A Whitman Square FSU (9711 Roosevelt Boulevard) or Somerton FSU (12000 Roosevelt Boulevard) any day during Catholic Schools Week (January 30 – February 4, 2023) and mention your school and Chick-fil-A will donate a percentage of your transaction total back to the school. It’s our way of supporting the future of Catholic Education in the Far Northeast.
How it works:
Chick-fil-A Whitman Square (9711 Roosevelt Boulevard) and Chick-fil-A Somerton (12000 Roosevelt Boulevard) will donate a portion of every sale accompanied by a Catholic Schools Week flyer back to one of our four participating schools. While all schools will be awarded a portion of the sales that their organization brings in, the school that brings in the most support will earn the highest sales percentage.
How to help:
Show the Flyer at the Register
Place an order at our restaurants through the front counter or drive thru and present the Catholic Schools Week Flyer for a portion of your transaction to be donated back to the participating school of your choice. You can also mention your school’s name when placing a catering order.
Place a Mobile Order
Carryout, Curbside, Dine in, and Drive Thru orders through the Chick-fil-A app can also be credited toward your school. Just be sure to add your school’s full name in the “special instructions.”
Share the News
Help your school by spreading the word about their fundraiser! Tell your friends, classmates, and more about this opportunity to help your school or alma mater.
Attend Spotlight Night
Each school will host a “Spotlight Night” at our restaurants throughout the week. This is where schools will decorate our restaurants and have fun in-restaurant activities planned.
What is Catholic Schools Week?
Now entering its 49th anniversary year, National Catholic Schools Week (CSW) is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Schools typically observe the annual celebration week with Masses, open houses and other activities for students, families, and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, communities and nation.
In the Far Northeast, our Catholic High Schools add one more tradition: The Chick-fil-A Spirit Week. During Spirit Week, we celebrate what makes each of our schools unique while working to ensure the sustainability of our schools.
One Sweet Opportunity
Working at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job— it’s a stepping-stone to a successful future in the world of business.
